Meet Cindee Conner

From nursing school, to the Air Force, to N Dixie Highway.

Cindee is a first-generation Croatian immigrant who grew up in Southern California and joined the U.S. Air Force after graduating from nursing school. She retired as a lieutenant colonel after 22 years of service, then kept working in healthcare — until she decided it was time to build something of her own.

She chose charcuterie. In 2024 she opened Graze Craze in north Boca Raton as its sole owner, and she has been behind the counter ever since.

“I was seeking a career shift, and Graze Craze provided a promising opportunity to explore my culinary creativity. I loved the idea of creating beautiful charcuterie spreads with a variety of ingredients that would appeal to diverse palates, offer healthier food alternatives and provide a fun, new way to elevate parties and gifts.”

The craft

What a Grazologist™ actually does.

Every board is designed, not assembled. Our team layers meats, cheeses, produce and house-made sauces, dips and jams to balance flavor, color and texture — the reason people photograph the table before anyone touches it.

Grazing itself is simple: instead of one plated meal, guests build the plate they actually want. It works for a room with vegetarians, keto eaters, sweet tooths and picky nephews all at the same table — and it works for guests with health or dietary requirements who usually get handed a sad side salad.

  • Premium cured meats and artisan cheeses
  • Fresh fruit and crisp seasonal vegetables
  • House-made sauces, dips and jams
  • Built the morning of your pickup or delivery
